Tony D'Angelo pins Hendry for NXT title at Stand & Deliver

Tony D'Angelo captured the NXT Championship by pinning Joe Hendry in a fatal four-way match at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 4, 2026, at The Factory in St. Louis, Missouri. Hendry entered as champion and fan favorite, with the crowd singing his entrance theme. D'Angelo, Ricky Saints and Ethan Page challenged him in the title defense.

D'Angelo entered the match motivated by a betrayal from a friend at the prior year's event. Saints and Page opened by targeting Hendry with suplexes and chest strikes. D'Angelo stayed outside initially before returning with a spear on Hendry.

The action spilled outside as Page and Saints turned on D'Angelo. Hendry briefly regained control by diving onto both men. Midway through, D'Angelo exchanged German suplexes with Hendry and broke up Hendry's Standing Ovation finisher with a spear.

Saints struck D'Angelo and Hendry with a chair, then delivered a Revolution DDT to Hendry onto it. Page intervened before Saints could hit him, escalating their tension. Page attempted to powerbomb Saints through a table on the stairs, but D'Angelo speared both through the announce table.

D'Angelo then hit Hendry with Dead to Rights for the pinfall victory. The win marked D'Angelo's first reign as NXT champion.
