Tiger Woods is scheduled to play for Jupiter Links Golf Club in Match 2 of the best-of-three TGL finals series against Los Angeles Golf Club on Tuesday night at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Woods confirmed his participation to ESPN.[1]

Jupiter Links lost Match 1 on Monday, 6-5, after Kevin Kisner substituted for Akshay Bhatia against Los Angeles' Sahith Theegala. Theegala birdied the final hole to secure the win.[1]

Woods, 50, captains the Jupiter Links team alongside Max Homa and Akshay Bhatia in TGL, a simulator-based team golf league that launched its inaugural season in January 2025.[2][3]

The 15-time major champion has not competed since the 2024 Open Championship at Royal Troon, where he missed the cut.[4]

Woods underwent back surgery in the fall of 2024 and has managed ongoing injury issues. In a recent interview with Golf.com, he discussed his recovery from disk replacement surgery, noting it takes time compared to earlier procedures.[1]

The Masters Tournament is scheduled for April 9-12 at Augusta National Golf Club.[5]

If Jupiter Links wins Match 2, Match 3 would follow immediately.
